As part of their continuing effort to spread the world about St. Cecilia Cathedral Grade School being an excellent place for students to pursue academic achievement while learning and growing in the Catholic faith, school administrators asked Albers to develop a strategy that would appeal to local families considering a Catholic education for their children.
We worked with St. Cecilia to conduct three separate focus groups: current families, new families and alumni families in order to fully understand, from their perspectives, the qualities that make St. Cecilia unique.
From this, we learned that families most valued the close-knit environment of the school – not only among the students, but among their parents as well; the commitment to academic excellence; and the private, Catholic education that students receive from St. Cecilia. We then integrated these messages throughout all communications platforms – video, website, printed material and internal communications.
